Early Bird Registration
Early bird registration ends after March 16th. If you haven’t registered for the meeting yet, please do so before Friday to take advantage of our early bird registration rates. Registration rates will increase after March 16th.
Hotel Room Block
The hotel room block also ends after March 16th. If you previously made a room reservation under a non-group rate, please let us know and we can get you moved into the room block. If you have not made your reservations, please do so now. We are counting on fulfilling our room block as part of our contract.
Sponsorships
There are still opportunities to become a sponsor for the meeting and have your company’s name recognized during events and in the program. We are taking sponsorships until March 16th. We still have a limited number of sponsorships available at the Diamond and Platinum levels, and plenty of opportunities to become a Gold or Silver level sponsor. Event sponsorships remaining include:
