Mark Herman
Mark is a traffic engineer with Kimley-Horn in Richmond, VA. Mark specializes in strategic safety planning, safety analyses, and corridor studies. He is a certified professional engineer and road safety professional.
Mark has been a member of ITE since starting at Kimley-Horn. He served the Virginia Section (VASITE) as webmaster, director affiliate, and section representative. He also served SDITE as a member of the Information, Communication, and Outreach committee; co-chair of the Website and Software Administration committee; and chair of the website committee for the 2019 SDITE|MCDITE Joint Annual Meeting.
